WEST FACING SHORES OF OAHU AND MOLOKAI...20 TO 30 FEET. WEST FACING SHORES OF THE BIG ISLAND...12 TO 18 FEET. TIMING...SURF WILL BUILD RAPIDLY STARTING BEFORE MIDNIGHT TONIGHT ON NIIHAU AND KAUAI...BY SUNRISE WEDNESDAY ON OAHU...BY MID-MORNING ON MOLOKAI AND MAUI AND BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON ON THE BIG ISLAND.
